王蛇（Kingsnake）是由几十种蛇类构成的大家族，它们主要分布在北美洲大陆和南美洲大陆，体长从50cm至200cm不等。

王蛇的栖息地类型广泛，无论是草地、森林、石头堆、沙漠或者农田、谷仓中都可能发现它们的踪迹。

王蛇多以小型哺乳动物、小型鸟类、两栖爬行类为食，有时候也会吞噬同类。
